    Working in NPD we’ve developed products based on Marketing a Customer briefs, completed complex sensory and shelf life assessments alongside process and packing trials.

    Most recently, in own label we’ve used this knowledge to improve product designs to meet customer Key Quality Indicator thresholds.

  • Process is all about making a product consistently within the customer defined parameters, whether that’s a high risk chilled or ambient shelf stable product Ensuring the right raw material supply, process design and process execution delivers customer and consumer satisfaction.

  • Working in businesses like PepsiCo and Aldi you pay a lot of attention to product design. In PepsiCo this is abou making sure you exceed the competitor product design. In Retail it’s about being like brands but cheaper.
